Artis Community Cymuned

Artis are a community arts charity providing high quality arts experiences to communities in RCT and Merthyr Tydfil since 1987. As of January 2022, they’re based in the newly renovated Pontypridd YMCA, where they’re developing a full programme of community arts activity – Artis Community Cymuned.

They have a 92 seater studio theatre where they’re developing film clubs, cinema experiences and opportunities to share new work, their own films and work in partnership with the university of South Wales.
