If you are interested in booking these as stand-alone, as a special event, or to programme alongside features, we can help with programme costs of running these. You can apply for up to £1000 if you have a special programme in mind but we expect to be able to offer grants of £500 to multiple venues.
Examples of costs we can cover include:
- Marketing,
- Community outreach,
- Added value (Q&A, workshop costs),
- Audience evaluation,
- Staffing,
- Film costs (please feel free to include an estimated booking fee until we can confirm the cost).
All you need to do is get in touch by email to lisa@filmhubwales.org (you can programme them up to March 31st 2024) and tell us the following:
- Your proposed screening/event date(s),
- Projected audience numbers,
- Any special event plans,
- How you will market the screening(s),
- Costs you need help with (please include amounts),
- What match you can offer (box office/in-kind time etc). 20-50% guideline.
