30 years since their break-up, we follow the ups and downs of the band 'Ffa Coffi Pawb' (F**K Off Everybody) in this cut and paste documentary that illustrates how the Welsh language broadcasting revolution, the rise of an underground Welsh language music scene and the political activism of the 80s and 90s created an accidental pop group apprenticeship that fostered the mainstream cultural renaissance of the noughties.
Over a period of flourishing social change, we see a landslide of fluorescent videos, raw concerts and candid recollections by Ffa Coffi Pawb's peers - Rhys Ifans, Mark Roberts, Owen Powell and the poet Nerys Wiliams that take us from north Wales to New York. A musical feast that includes Datblygu, Yr Anhrefn, and the metamorphosis of Ffa Coffi Pawb and Y Cyrff into the Super Furry Animals and Catatonia.
