After two years of Covid absence from delivering community screenings, Gentle Radical reconnected with neighbourhood audiences to find out their needs, through a series of hyperlocal Riverside based pop-up screenings which acted as R&D for a new phase of the Gentle/Radical Film Club.
They trialled a range of film genres as well as themes/issues with local audiences, marketed via direct local outreach, door-knocking, flyering single individual streets and organising local gatherings.
