SYNOPSIS

Alan has clownism, a genetic condition that causes him to exhibit the physical characteristics of a clown. All he wants is a wife, a job and a normal life. However, being one of society’s outsiders means Alan suffers taunts and discrimination that prevent him from ever achieving his dream… so he decides to undertake drastic action to become ‘normal’, but will this mean he is accepted into society, or will he realise he should just accept who he is. Either way Alan realises that being a clown every day, just isn’t very funny.
