Awen Cultural Trust manages the Grand Pavilion in Porthcawl, Blaengarw Workmen’s Hall, The Metropole (Met) in Abertillery, Neuadd y Dref Maesteg, Muni in Pontypridd and Parc Gwledig Bryngarw.
Established in 2015 as a charitable organisation that aims to enhance cultural opportunities in Wales, their values are creative, collaborative, empowering and fair – and central to everything they do. They operate a range of cultural facilities and activities, which include theatres, libraries, community centres, a country house and park and two work-based projects for adults with learning disabilities.
